It's proved to be an interesting process but it looks like the book will be published as I originally intended it to be (without any text). For now I've taken down chapters 1-4. If/When published the book will contain chapter 5 which is 10 pages short of completion.<br /><br />Even if I self publish the book next year I will add all details here on this blog.
